How our story began

In 2015, I had a vision of a NASDAQ-style exchange display board showing countless transactions being settled in seconds, except the board wasn't displaying stock transactions, it was displaying rental transactions. That year I hired two developers to begin writing the code to substantially automate everyday processes so that I could help more people find their path to a better life. From here I found my purpose.

We believe we were created to pay it forward to the generations that follow. That's why we're building technology that will automate helping renters of any circumstance, find an opportunity to sign a lease.

Mission

Our mission is to scale the Beta we created and operated for 4 years, by building a fresh new renter-landlord matchmaking platform that reduces the typical search-to-lease signing process time of 2-3 weeks to just 45 minutes. The goal of our mission is to help 1 million renters complete rental transactions on our platform, of which 10,000 renters would become empowered to move from homeless to housed by Dec 31, 2026

Vision

I consider 2 futures. One where nothing great happens and renters continue to waste time, money, and feel uncertain as they search for real estate rentals, and another future where we create an awesome new experience that solves those 3 pain points and helps renters build better communities. The second version is incredibly exciting and inspiring.
