What is ESG?
Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) is an evaluation of a firm’s collective conscientiousness for social and environmental factors.
In less than 20 years, the ESG movement has grown from a corporate social responsibility initiative launched by the United Nations into a global phenomenon representing more than US$30 trillion in assets under management.[4] In the year 2019 alone, a surge of capital totaling US$17.67 billion flowed into ESG-linked products, an almost 525% increase from 2015, according to Morningstar.[5]

QUICK STATS
According to the US Census, 76% of Americans have bad credit. Since presumably, the majority of Americans with good credit are homeowners, renters are the overwhelming bad credit majority and that's why the process we created is so significant.
While we've helped renters with good credit find opportunities to lease, we feel our greatest accomplishment is using technology to help the multitude of people who could not find or had difficulty finding housing on their own, due to credit, background, and rental history challenges.
CASE STUDY
Mr. L, had suffered a stroke that paralyzed the right side of his body. He couldn’t work, was evicted, and became homeless. After several years he recovered, found a job but could not find a landlord to rent to him due to bad credit and an eviction. The same week he came to us he signed a lease, and a year later he moved to a furnished lakefront rental.
Like for Mr. L, searching for housing is painful for tens of millions of Americans every year.
RentBam's aim is to offer renters an alternative method of renting that is more expedient.
OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for capital and strategic partnerships to scale by building a new "Bumble meets Rocket Mortgage meets e-Commerce" platform adapted for renters and landlords.

Our 4-year-old Beta produced cash flow, positive reviews, and has helped more than 600 people find housing opportunities. Here’s what we created:

This format is a breakthrough that allows landlords' to overcome their fear-based decision-making patterns.
